Who is it for?

Work in Progress is a one-day session for documentary directors and producers who have a project in development and who want one-to-one feedback on their project from 2 of the world's leading documentary directors.

The 2007 edition of this course was run in association with the OXDOX:MK Documentary Film Festival

How does it work?

The weekend consultancy is open to 8 documentary filmmakers / producers. Places are assigned on a first come first served basis. All applicants must have a documentary project in development.

All participants send us details (treatment, trailer) of their project before the workshop. The experts will then read / view the project before the sessions in March.

The two experts for the 2007 edition are:

Viktor Kosakovsky

Sean Langan

During the sessions, each expert is assigned a group of 4 participants and gives feedback on each participant's project. The groups then rotate so that every participant receives feedback from each expert.

Details of the 2008 edition will be published at the end of 2007.
