Feedback

"The course was ideal in conception and execution. There were not too many people, so while the advice was necessarily (and appropriately) broad, it was possible to explore the advice being given in direct relation to one's own project. The atmosphere was welcoming and inclusive, and the day was more fun than it had any right to be."
Lindsay Pollack, filmmaker

"Initialize managed to pack a huge amount of relevant information into the day in a way that was both insightful and entertaining."
Andrew Greener, MD, Spectrecom Films

"This course represented everything great about not only the documentary world in Britain, but the thriving creative industry we can proudly call our own. Egos were left at the door, information was shared with enthusiasm and laughter was encouraged."
Matthew Ogborn, filmmaker

"A thorough introduction into the reality of international documentary funding."
Barney Snow, freelance director/camera.

"A very insightful 1 day course which extended my knowledge about how raise finance for documentary films, as well as giving me a personal perspective of producing through the eyes of a very successful producer."
Anton Califano, filmmaker
